Service Description

Becoming a parent is an exciting but also a daunting time for many people. It can feel like there's so much to know and so little time to learn it in. That's why our antenatal classes help you access just the right amount of information and in a format you are comfortable with. We incorporate a variety of informal activities to help you learn and get to know each other at the same time. Small group work, whole group discussion, videos, demos, hands-on workshops - we offer all this and more.  Our antenatal padlet offers short articles, podcasts and videos to consolidate the information covered in the classes, as well as extra resources for those who would like to know more. By the end of the antenatal class, you'll feel more confident and better informed, and you'll have a whole new group of friends to weather the early days of parenting with.
